What's it all about?
The Innovation Farm is run by CHESS Employment, a Disability Employment Service provider. The farm is a certified organic vegetable farm located in Bonville, just south of Coffs Harbour. We support clients with multiple barriers to employment and training from all over the Coffs Coast. Our main program runs for two days a week for 26 weeks and participants gain a full Certificate in Production Horticulture. They learn hands on basics of organic horticulture and prepare for work and further training. We sell our fresh produce at various local retail outlets and restaurants, and you can find us every Thursday at the Coffs Growers Market. We sell only certified organic produce, at local prices, and all is picked fresh and sold to you by our capable and friendly clients.
